McCOOK, Nebraska -- A McCook man who was arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol in January and cited with multiple offenses, including resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful order and DUI (.21), was convicted of DUI (.14) and MIP in Red Willow County Court.
