Have you heard the latest? It seems the United States Government is now going into the beer making business. The U.S. Department of Agriculture is planning to give the beer industry a $300,000 grant to make beer more consistent tasting. Beer makers will be using that money to find out why beer changes flavors depending on what time of the year it's made. They will then look at ways to address that problem... -
