School board approves roof bid, resignation

McCOOK, Neb. — By a unanimous vote, the McCook Board of Education approved the $161,000 bid from Tillotson Enterprises of Kearney, Neb. for a new roof at Central Elementary. The metal roof is the original from when the school was built in 1985 and the only metal roof in the district, said McCook Schools business manager Jeff Gross.
