McCook man sentenced to probation on latest three felonies

Plea reached in drunk driving case

McCOOK, Nebraska -- A convicted drunk driver arrested two additional times in the same evening was sentenced as a first offender recently in Red Willow County Court. The offender, 32-year-old Anthony R. Chapman of Indianola, Nebraska, was ordered to pay a $500 fine, serve 12 months probation and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days after accepting a plea agreement admitting guilt to a charge of DUI first offense and speeding. Chapman was fined $125 for speeding 83 mph in a 65 mph zone...
