New resource officer assigned to MPS

McCOOK, Neb. — A new resource office is working at the McCook Public Schools District. Luke McGinley, a police officer at the city police department, was introduced to the McCook City Council Monday night, by Ike Brown, McCook City Chief of Police. Brown said the former school resource office was promoted, with McGinely stepping in to fill the position. He has completed training as a resource officer and will get his certificate for DARE shortly...
