You can count on it, when people are concerned about their fellow man, it's only a matter of time when some unscrupulous person will find a way to take advantage of that kindness. Tyrel Rieker of Lexington, Nebraska, and Rachael Calvo of Bassett were among the 300-or-so high school students who competed in two Southwest Nebraska High School rodeos Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Kiplinger Arena in McCook.
