Structural repairs planned at cafeteria

McCOOK, Neb. -- A support column at the junior high cafeteria is in need of repairs. Significant cracks in a column on the south wall of the cafeteria were discovered a few months ago, Superintendent Grant Norgaard told the McCook School Board at its regular meeting Monday. Engineers from a local firm fixed it with temporary measures and have come up with blue prints for total replacement of the column, he said. Bids will go out for the work in the near future...

Apple wants one payment for iPads
