Authorities are looking at a cell phone recovered from the burned out wreckage of a semi truck that struck an Amtrak train in Nevada on Friday to see if the driver might have been using it when the accident occurred. McCOOK, Nebraska -- The chairman of the Red Willow County, Nebraska, board of commissioners doesn't want to start road maintenance for one subdivision because then every other subdivision will want the same treatment.
