HILL CITY, Kan, -- The Decatur Community-Oberlin girls basketball team outscored the Hill City Ringnecks 8-2 in overtime to post an 62-57 victory Thursday night at Hill City.

Nearly 10 teams were represented Thursday night in the McCook 9/10 Open with about 90 wrestlers competing.

The McCook's eighth grade girls basketball teams battled with Lexington and Chase County on Monday and Thursday. The Bison lost two games to Lexington Monday. Lexington won the A game 36-5 and the B game 18-10. Sidney Ulrich and Megan Rokusek led McCook with 2 points and Jenna Smith had 1 in the A game...
