NORTH PLATTE, Nebraska -- Mid-Plains Community College nursing student Morgan Chitwood Bryant of McCook was awarded the Josephine C. Fritz Memorial Scholarship. Carman Sizer of Ogallala was the other recipient. Each student received $650. The Josephine C.
