Trojan golfs into top four at Hi-Line tourney

ELWOOD, Neb. — Cambrige junior Micah Gerlach finished fourth overall with a round of 82 at Tuesday’s Hi-Linje Invitational.

He was just two strokes behind champion Cope Smith from Amherst firing an 80.

Arapahoe sophomore Briggs Hill placed 14th with his 87 while Medicine Valley’s Tyce Pate carded 90 for 24th. Jace Hammond led Southern Valley (97). Amherst also won the 15-team title (331). Arapahoe was seventh (378) and Cambridge eighth (382).
