Bison overpower tough Bow girls in second half

McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook High girls flexed with a 28-17 second half to push past Broken Bow, 41-33, at McCook High Tuesday night.

Here are the leaders for coach Amy Scheil's team which raised it season record to 9-2 entering a showdown with unbeaten Gothenburg Friday evening.

McCook 41, Broken Bow 33

BISON (41) — Cali Crawford 13 points, Malia HIlker 11, Brooklynn Gillen 8, Paige Bortner 6, Jaylea Walgren 3. Three-pointer: Crawford.

INDIANS (33) — Janae Marten's 11 points led the Indians, who fell to 7-3 this season. Gaby Staples added seven points with Charlee Myers scoring four.
