BRADY, Neb. — The Maywood-Hayes Center boys are now 5-2 with their 79-40 blasting of Brady Eagles Friday evening.
No other details were obtained.
The Maywood-Hayes Center girls are flying even higher at 6-1 with their 62-17 victory which tipped off this varsity doubleheader.
The Arapahoe Warriors ran into a tougher obstacle against Falcons from Wilcox-Hildreteh on Thursday.
In girls’ play, the Warriors slipped to 5-2 as they scored just 18 points during a 29-18 setback.
Cadence Carpenter’s eight points provided nearly of the offense for Arapahoe.
The boys (0-7) played tough but dropped a 62-55 skirmish.
Chris Hermes and Gage Gooden each scored 14 points while Eli Shafer added 10.
