McCook senior libero earns all-SWC honors

McCOOK, Neb. — Senior libero Bailee Fawver is representing the McCook Bison on another strong all-Southwest Conference volleyball team announced this week.

Fawver earned honorable mention as a libero-defensive specalist for the Bison, who improved six wins from last year’s total (16 wins from 10).

The SWC featured eventual Class C-1 state champion Minden along with qualifier Gothenburg besides winning squads like Ogallala and Holdrege.

Minden outside hitters Mattie Kemery and Myla Emery lead the SWC first team along with Holdrege setter Keeley Vaughn.
