Winterim classes begin Dec. 9
McCOOK, Neb. — Registration is now open for winterim classes at Mid-Plains Community College.
Winterim is the period between the end of the fall term and start of the spring semester. All classes begin Dec. 9 and end Jan. 9. The month-long courses offer a unique opportunity to earn credits in a short amount of time online.
The following classes are offered this year: Introduction to the Visual Arts, Personal and Professional Development, Introduction to Business, Intro to Criminal Justice, College Algebra, Walking and Jogging, Drugs and Sports, American Government and Intro to Sociology.
An admissions application can be found under the “apply now” tab on the college’s website: www.mpcc.edu. A course schedule can be viewed under the “academics” section of the website.
