Dec. 30, 1950 - Nov. 3, 2024

McCOOK, Neb. - Patricia “Patty” Anne Zimmerman had her heavenly homecoming on Nov. 3, 2024, in McCook, Neb.

Patty was born on Dec. 30, 1950, to Robert and Lorna (Stewart) Wagner. She was welcomed by her older brother Mike. A few years later, she became a big sister to Mary Beth. After her father’s passing, Lorna remarried Raymond Trupp and added siblings Sharon, Jim, Kathie and Karen to their family.

Patty graduated with the McCook High School Class of 1969. In 1970, she moved to Whitter, Calif. to attend business school. She loved watching Disney and western movies in her free time, enjoyed singing along to her favorite artists like Elvis Presley and Elton John, and cheering on the Huskers and Green Bay Packer football teams.

Patty left a multitude of family and friends to continue her kindness and caring, including daughter Jessica (Gary) Gramins and her beloved grandson, Gunner of McCook, Neb.; brother Mike Wagner of McCook, Neb.; sisters, Sharon (Steve) Frimann of Stapleton, Neb., Kathie (Dick) Cappel of McCook, Neb., Karen (Maury) Allen of Surprise, Ariz., and Mary Beth (Jim) Carlson of Lincoln, Neb.; brother-in-law, George Zimmerman of Red Bluff, Calif.; and sisters-in-law, Rachel McBride of Elko, Nev., and Grace Carse of McCook, Neb.
