MCFF honored

McCOOK, Neb.— McCook City Council members celebrated a generous grant of $29,289 from the McCook Community Foundation Fund (MCFF),that made admission to the McCook Aquatic Park free for the public during its inaugural summer. Pictured are MCFF Fund Advisory Committee members Cynthia Huff, Sean Wolfe, and Dale Dueland alongside Mayor Linda Taylor, Council Member Jared Muehlenkamp, and City Manager Nate Schneider. Since its establishment in 2001, MCFF has awarded over $600,000 in grants to local organizations, benefiting McCook and the surrounding area through various initiatives, including youth programs, elderly services, educational and cultural activities, as well as numerous community projects.
