Shirley’s family includes her husband, Eugene Axtell of Danbury; children, Kathleen Quaduor (Rob) of Indianola, Neb; Barbara Bamesberger (Matt) of St. Paul, Neb; and Lori Beeby (Chase) of McCook, Neb. Shirley has seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
