SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. — Three individuals were arrested after a high-speed chase in Cheyenne County, Nebraska, ended in a fiery crash early Thursday morning. Nebraska State Patrol troopers pursued a silver Buick Lucerne on I-80, reaching speeds of 130 mph.

The vehicle eventually stopped in a ditch near Sidney, where it caught fire, leading to live ammunition exploding inside. Authorities quickly extinguished the fire, which had spread to a nearby field.

The driver, John Harmon, and two passengers, Kyrie Riggle and Dakota Schrecengost, all from Sterling, Colorado, face multiple drug and weapons charges.
