County GOP plans meeting Tuesday

McCOOK, Neb. — The Red Willow County GOP (Republican Party) will begin a new year of meetings on Tuesday,at 6:30 p.m. at Bedore Barn/Marlene’s Kitchen north of McCook.

The business meeting follows at 7 p.m., with all area Republicans encouraged to attend.

The Legislature is in session and many bills of concern to Republicans have been introduced. State Sen. Dave Murman secured the chairmanship of the  Education Committee and several bills concerning our children in public education have been introduced.

Brenden Funk, District 305 Committeeman, will report on the Republican State Central Committee Meeting in Omaha.

Information from the NEGOP Chairman’s Retreat held recently in Nebraska City will also be presented.
