Kara was an organ and tissue donor at the time of her death and able to help others continue to live on after her death.

Kara’s dream was to become a mother and she was over the moon when she found out that she was pregnant with her miracle baby, Kai, who is now 14 years old whom she loved with all of her heart and soul, he was her pride and joy.
