Father-Daughter Dance

McCOOK, Neb, – Fathers and daughters put on your dancing shoes for the McCook YMCA Father-Daughter Dance on February 26 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The dance is open to any male figures and young girl in their life; grandfathers and other father figures are welcome to attend. The evening will incude a DJ, games, light refreshments, and photo packages.

“I am excited to offer an event for fathers and daughters to bond,” said Saraya Flaig, Youth Development Director, YMCA of McCook. “The dance is an opportunity for family fun and a night that young girls will never forget.”

The Father-Daughter Dance is $25 per couple for YMCA members and $35 per couple for non-members. Additional daughters are $10 for YMCA members and $15 for non-members. Matching corsages and boutonnieres can be pre-ordered for pickup on the night of the dance for $11.50 per couple and $6.50 for additional corsages. The deadline to register if you would like florals, is Feb. 11. Otherwise, registrations will be accepted through the day of the dance. All ages are welcome to attend.

Other youth programs at the McCook YMCA include Kid’s Night Out on the second Saturday of each month, youth soccer, School’s Out Day Camp on February 18, the After-school Program, and Child Watch.
