Members of the Red Willow County Ministerial Association gather this morning at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church to coordinate this year’s Salvation Army bell ringing campaign. Coordinator Traci Taylor said several organizations and businesses stepped up to help, but volunteers are especially still needed for Dec. 20-23.
