McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition took place on Sunday as youth from ages eight through 14 participated at St. Patrick’s School.

Each contestant shot 15 free throws which determined who would advance to district competition in Wauneta.

Medals were also awarded to all who finished first or second in each age group for boys and girls.

The Knights of Columbus conducted Free Throw shoots across Nebraska. Winners reach those upcoming district contests to decide who qualifies for the Nebraska state shoot.

Winners from all 50 states then travel east for a Knights of Columbus National Free Throw Shooting showdown.

All McCook top players are shown above.

Watch for more details later this year about districts and state.
