McCOOK, Neb. — Richard Eugene Fisher, 60, of McCook, passed away on Dec. 21, 2020, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He was born to Richard and Betty (Price) Fisher on June 3, 1960, in McCook.

Richard grew up and attended school in McCook where he also graduated from high school.

Richard lived in McCook where he worked at Walmart for 20 years. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing. Nothing was more important to Richard than his family. He will be remembered fondly by those he leaves behind.

Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jensen; father, Richard Fisher; maternal grandparents, John and Thelma Price; brothers: Galen C. Fisher, James Fisher, and Thomas Jensen Jr.

Survivors include his father, Thomas Jensen Sr. of McCook; brother, John (Cindy) Jensen of Ogallala, Neb.; sister, Tammy (Gerald) Judd of North Platte; sister, Judy Jensen-Green of Lincoln, Neb.; and many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
