The transformation of Schmick’s Market in Westview Plaza is complete with the installation of new red-and-white signs. Gary Suhr of Gary’s Super Foods in North Platte purchased Schmick’s Market in McCook Feb. 2, after purchasing the Schmick’s Market in Broken Bow a year ago. The Schmick family purchased the McCook store in December 2005, and still own two stores in Lincoln.
