OMAHA, Neb. — A glance at Gazette-area football players who earned Omaha World-Herald All-State honorable mention this week.

Arapahoe: Gentry Anderson, Yordi Gutierrez and Branigan Schaben.

Chase County: Evan Fisher, Parker Dillan, Scott Wheeler and Trevor Peterson.

Dundy County-Stratton: Serbando Diaz, Domonic Sis and Quade Myers.

Hitchcock County: Dionte Perkins and Pierce Utterback.

Medicine Valley: Sam Heapy, Quade Potter and Dylan Davis.

Wauneta-Palisade: Caid Doetker.

Maywood-Hayes Center: Ethan Broker and Colton Hodges.

Dundy County-Stratton made the area’s best playoff run by reaching a state quarterfinal spot.

Medicine Valley, Arapahoe, Cambridge and Wauneta-Palisade also qualified this season.
