Airport advisory board to reorganize, review $1M project

McCOOK, Neb. — Election of officers and reviewing enplanement numbers for Boutique Air air slated for the McCook Airport Advisory Commission meeting noon today at the Heritage Senior Center.

Members will also discuss the upcoming Airport Improvement Program rehabilitation project scheduled for McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport, with costs just under $1 million. Work is scheduled to be completed in the spring-summer 2019, with the contractor ensuring one runway is open and operational at all times, according to discussion at the advisory commission meeting on Sept. 24.
