Excavation work

A track-hoe operator for BSB Construction of Curtis starts excavation for a new city sanitary sewer line in the alley north of the City of McCook municipal building on West Fifth. Public works director Kyle Potthoff said that plans to lay the big black storm drain tubing (unloaded in an adjacent yard) have been revamped; the tubing will be used in the same service area, but in a different location.
