Friday, July 20, 2018

OMAHA, Neb. — McCook High alum Brandon Crick appears to be moving up during today’s second round of the Pinnacle Bank Championship golf tournament.

Through nine holes, Crick had fired two-under par to move from 61st place into a tie for 31st. He’s two-under overall after finishing Thursday’s par first round at the Indian Creek golf course.

Crick still has nine holes remaining and a number of golfers were still about to start their second round at noon today.

Crick’s five strokes behind three golfers who are tied for the lead at seven under par.

Last week, Crick shot 18 under par and tied for 11th overall the Utah Championship tournament.

His previous tourney at the Lecom Health Challenge featured Crick being the final golfer to make the cut.

The Pinnacle Bank tournament continues through Sunday.
