The family of Eldred L. Wurm of Atwood, Kan., is hosting an open house in honor of his 90th birthday. He was born Nov. 29, 1927, in Traer, Kan., and is the former owner of McCook Greenhouse. The open house is Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Atwood Senior Center, 205 S. 5th in Atwood. His family includes wife, Lorraine Wurm of Atwood; children, Michael J.
