  • Several years back we developed a project to improve the lakes. Dredging and shoreline stabilization were completed. Another component of the grant was to limit the goose population. During this time the city allowed nesting site construction, feeding of the geese by the public and total protection of flocks. No cooperation in the plans put forth to control the populations. The city has reaped what they have sowed!
