OCT. 17, 2014:

5:29 p.m., U.S. Highway 83 -- a semi-tractor driven by John C. Larson, 24, Trumball, Nebraska, and a pickup driven by Carolyn S. Lee, 54, 613 West E Street, collided while traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 83 and attempting to turn east onto West B Street. The impact caused an estimated $6000 in combined vehicle damage.

OCT. 18, 2014:

1:05 a.m., 800 block of E. Fourth Street -- a van driven by Dominique Domingo, 25, Selden, Kansas, sideswiped a parked vehicle owned by James L. Huffman, age unavailable, 803 E. Fourth Street, causing an estimated $2000 in combined vehicle damage. Domingo was subsequently arrested for DUI by responding officers.

10:23 a.m., a pickup owned by Konia K. Fries, 46, Murdock, Nebraska, was hit and run by an unknown vehicle causing an estimated $500 in vehicle damage.

OCT. 19, 2014:

11:46 a.m., U.S. Highway 83 -- a Nebraska National Guard semi-tractor driven by Matthew J. Poehlman, 25, Wayne, Nebraska, while turning from U.S. Highway 83 onto eastbound West B Street, struck a pickup driven by Fred A. Pinkal, 61, 212 E. Fourth Street, causing an estimated $1,500 in vehicle damage.

11:56 a.m., 700 block of West B Street -- a van driven by Leanna H. Kleckner, 40, 606 E. Sixth Street, while exiting a parking space backed into a parked vehicle owned by Judith J. Davis, 63, Cambridge, Nebraska, causing an estimated $2,000 in combined vehicle damage.

OCT. 21, 2014:

3:45 p.m., W. Third Street -- a van driven by Steven M. Adam, 65, Loomis, Nebraska, while exiting a private drive struck the side of a vehicle traveling north on West Third Street, approaching Henton Drive, driven by Jerome Wayne Strong Jr., 22, Grand City, Kansas. The impact caused an estimated $10,000 in combined vehicle damage and injuries to both drivers. Strong was transported to Community Hospital by emergency responders and Adam refused transport. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

6:44 p.m., West J Street -- A pickup driven by Paul W. England, 24, 209 W. Fourth Street, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Abbey F. McNutt, 27, 811 E. Fifth Street, causing an estimated $4,000 in combined vehicle damage. England stated he was looking and reaching down for a cigarette at the time of the collision. McNutt was stopped waiting to turn south onto West Seventh Street, from West J Street.

OCT. 24, 2014:

8:55 p.m., West 10th Street --a vehicle driven by Kelsey D. Schwab, 17, 312 West 10th Street, struck a parked vehicle owned by Charles M. Reichenbach, age unavailable, 704 West 10th Street, causing an estimated $9,000 in combined vehicle damage. Schwab told investigators she looked down at the clock on her dashboard a moment before the collision occurred.

11:45 p.m., 600 block of E. Sixth Street -- A vehicle driven by Britta S. Rahimova, 28, 901 Norris Avenue No. 2, struck a parked SUV owned by Christina Marie Wetton, age unavailable, 604 E. Sixth Street, causing an estimated $4,000 in combined vehicle damage. Rahimova told the responding police officer her cell phone rang, she looked at it and promptly struck the parked vehicle, before panicking and driving off.

OCT. 25, 2014:

3:01 p.m., 300 block of East M Street -- a vehicle driven by Abby Daffer, 18, Danbury, Nebraska, while backing out of an angled parking space struck a parked vehicle owned by Pamela R. Fraker, 58, 71321 County Road 384, causing an estimated $3,500 in combined vehicle damage.

NOV. 3, 2014:

5:11 p.m., West J Street -- vehicles driven by Felicity C. Petty, 16, 802 West 12th Street, and Claudetta A. Peck, 77, 102 S. Eighth Street, collided at the intersection of West J Street and West 14th Street. The collision caused enough damage that both vehicles were required to be towed from the scene and estimated to have been totaled as a result.

NOV. 4, 2014:

4:43 p.m., Walmart parking lot -- a vehicle owned by Cheryl E. Diederick, age unavailable, 1608 East I Street, was hit and run by an unknown vehicle while parked at Walmart, causing an estimated $1,000 in vehicle damage. The unknown vehicle was likely a white pickup or SUV, according to the accident report.

7:53 p.m., 700 block of West B Street -- a vehicle driven by Jesus Cano Jr., 56, 504 W. Fourth Street, while exiting a parking space in the west Casey's parking lot, backed into a parked SUV owned by Barbara A. Patras, age unavailable, 1212 Missouri Avenue. The impact caused an estimated $2,000 in combined vehicle damage.

1:25 p.m., 600 block of W. Seventh Street -- a pickup driven by Austin R. Martin, 16, 71582 County Road 388, while backing from a parking space in the Ed Thomas YMCA parking lot at a high rate of speed collided with a vehicle pulling into a nearby parking space, also driven at a high rate of speed by Tristan Ray Kasten, 17, 38442 County Road 736. The collision caused an estimated $1,500 in damage to Martin's vehicle and totaled Kasten's vehicle, with YMCA security footage showing both drivers driving recklessly prior to the impact, according to the accident report.
