MPPD board considers rates, proposed budget

McCOOK, Nebraska -- The McCook Public Power District board of directors will consider proposed retail rates and the preliminary 2014 budget at a regular meeting, 9 a.m. Tuesday at the headquarters office, 1510 North Highway 83.
