CAMBRIDGE, Nebraska -- On Aug. 1, 2013, Tri Valley Health System will go entirely tobacco-free on all campus properties indoors and outdoors. This means that smoking or any other use of tobacco products will not be allowed on any Tri Valley Health System property including parking lots.

Tri Valley Health System's tobacco-free policy is intended to set a positive example in the community. As a major provider of healthcare in the community, they are committed to leading by example and creating a healthy environment for their patients, residents, visitors, employees and volunteers who are on their campus.

To underscore the importance of our commitment to this health and wellness measure, Tri Valley have provided the staff with resources to aid them in the effort of smoking cessation. In addition, their providers are willing and able to assist patients, employees and visitors with their smoking cessation efforts.
