Each year, farmers fall victim to theft of equipment, fuel, tools and other supplies used on and around the farm.
This happens, in part, because many of the "Tools of our trade" are used seasonally and when they are unlawfully removed, they go unnoticed for weeks or months before being reported to law enforcement.
Crime Stoppers would like to remind our rural residents to keep a watchful eye out for unusual activity in their area. If someone or something seems out of place, take a moment to check it out or notify local law enforcement with what you noticed.
The information you provide may be more valuable than you think. Citizens are encouraged to report suspicious activity.
