KEARNEY -- A 20-year-old Bartley woman is listed in serious condition at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney following a motorcycle accident at 3:10 p.m., Sunday, on the Cambridge Lake Road.

Stacia Foster is being treated for head and neck injuries, according to an accident report from the Nebraska State Patrol.

Trooper Jeff Van Stelton's report indicates that Foster lost control of her motorcycle as she rode north on the lake road in Red Willow County near the Frontier County line. Foster entered the east ditch and struck an embankment. Cambridge ambulance personnel transported Foster to Cambridge Memorial Hospital; she was later flown to the Kearney hospital.

Frontier County Sheriff's Deputy Nick Vargas assisted with the accident investigation.

  • My heart goes out to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I know Stacia from the Nursing Home she is a sweet girl and she took such good care of my Mom when she was there. I knew how much she cared when she walked out of her room crying the day she passed. GOD BLESS YOU...
