Second class water

Dear Editor,

(I've) had enough of second class water. We were told why our water was reddish brown. It's OK?to drink it, though, they said.

Now when we think we are getting a break on our water bill because of all the rain, they want to raise our bill because we have not used enough of their brown water.

We should get our water at a reduced price because of its poor quality. I don't like red and brown water.

Is the city going to pay people back for all the white clothes that turned red because of their water? They owe us!
