Dorothe Jayne Robertson

July 29, 1922 - April 28, 2007

Dorothe Jane Robertson 84, died Saturday (April 28, 2007) at the Hillcrest Nursing Home in McCook at the age of 84.

She was born July 29, 1922, in Franklin County the daughter of the late James and Hulda (Johnson) Nielsen, At age six the family moved to Trenton where she grew up and graduated from Trenton High School in 1940. She attended McCook Jr. College and at age 19 moved to Denver, Colo.

During World War II, she married and had three children. In 1971. she married James Robertson and they moved to McCook in 1989.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in McCook.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James in 1998 and one brother Russell.

Survivors include her three children, Jerry Seale of Sacramento. Calif., Sue Ann Carroll of Siffern, N.Y., and Vickie Lynn Mueller of Castle Rock, Colo.; .brothers, Milton, Virgil and Bill; two sisters, Viola Koler of McCook and Isabelle Keiley of Denver, Colo.; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

There are to be no services and her inurnment will be in the Upland Cemetery.
