Mid-Plains board forum Monday

NORTH PLATTE -- The Western Nebraska Taxpayer's Association will sponsor a forum for candidates running for a seat on the Mid-Plains Community College Area board of governors at 7 p.m. Monday, at the McKinley Education Center, 301 West F, North Platte.

Candidates expected to attend include Randall M. Datus and Elizabeth J. Benjamin, both of McCook and candidates for District 1; Duane Tappe of McCook and Ted A. Klug Jr. of North Platte, at-large candidates; and Rick Kolkman and Ernie Mehl, both of North Platte and candidates for District 5.
