Dear Editor,

A while back, I saw in the paper the request for people to make their views known about Weiland Field.

In following the high school football teams for a number of years, we've come to realize McCook's facility is probably the nicest available for Class B schools in the state.

It would seem a waste and a sad thing to do away with it.

It couldn't be replaced with anything as special as it is.

We would hope the college will look to other options for expansion.
