Wacker, Pollmann wedding

Courtney Wacker and Darren Pollmann, both of McCook, were united in marriage Sept. 20, 2003, at the Evangelical Free Church of McCook with the Rev. Clark Bates, of the McCook Christian Church, officiating.
Parents of the couple are Scott and Sue Wacker and Larry and Diane Pollmann, all of McCook.
Grandparents of the couple are Bob and Bonnie Wacker of McCook, the late Clementine and Edwin Spear, Marion and Wanda Nelsen of Curtis, Louise Pollmann of Culbertson and the late John Pollmann.
The maid of honor was Angela Wacker of Melbourne, Australia. The bridesmaids were Christina Carroll of Aurora, Colo., Jamie Tyan of McCook, Amber Cavanee of Bird City and Lisa Pollmann of McCook.
The best man was Brent Hazlitt of McCook. The bridegroomsmen were Jarrod Hilker of McCook, Josh Bridges of Gretna, Neil Nelsen of Indianola, Iowa and Justin Wacker of Chadron.
The flower girl was Olivia Pollmann of McCook. The ring bearer was Matthew Evan Hoff of Central City. The candlelighters were Max and Alex Pollmann of Trenton.
The ushers were Mike Jonasen of McCook, Brian Wolgamott of Lincoln, Clint Nelsen of Des Moines, Iowa and Jeff Wolgamott of Lincoln.
Jean Hester of McCook was the organist. The soloist was Sarah Hester of McCook.
The reception was at the Red Willow County Community Building on the fairgrounds. The host couple was Mark and Monica Wacker of McCook and Jim and Marilyn Nelsen of Marion, Iowa. Cake attendants were Linda Hilker of McCook and Judy Redmer of Garden City, Kan.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of McCook High School. She is employed with Personal Touch Hair Salon. The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of McCook High School and a 1998 graduate of Doane College. He is employed with Curly Olneys in McCook.
The couple is making their home in McCook.
