Shawn J. Polanco

NORTH PLATTE -- Shawn J. Polanco, 37, died Monday (Dec. 23, 2002) in North Platte.

He was born Nov. 26, 1965, to John Davis and Mildred Corrine Arensdorf Polanco at North Platte. He graduated from North Platte High School in 1984.

He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his parents, Johnny and Millie Polanco of North Platte; three sisters, Angela and husband, George Nila of North Platte, Clarice and husband, Lloyd Shields of McCook and Cynthia Polanco of Columbus; a brother, Aaron Polanco of North Platte; three nieces; and three nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 10 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Rev. Miguel Guevara as celebrant. Burial will be in the North Platte Cemetery at North Platte.

Rosary will be today, 7 p.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Those wishing to sign the memorial book may do so from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Odean Colonial Chapel or before the Rosary or Mass at the church. The casket will be closed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his memory to the Humane Society or to the family.
