Careful what you say

Dear Editor,

Careful what you say in Nebraska, if you don't like the team or the state, then go back to the Jayhawk state.

The south teams, and that includes Kansas, are just as guilty as Nebraska.

It is like this, never talk about a farmer with your mouth full, you might not get the answer you want. The same goes true with the great state of Nebraska. If you don't love it leave it. I am a Cornhusker and darn proud of it.

When the great state of Kansas has as many titles as Nebraska, then you can brag.

Mr. Hormel always spoke even if he did not know you and he loved helping the kids in and around McCook. Without hesitation, Mr. Hormel should be man of the year 2002. Respectfully
