October ceremony unites couple
LINCOLN -- Jolene Collins and Daniel Troester were united in marriage Oct. 19, 2002, at the First Plymouth Congregational Church in Lincoln with Rev. Matt Geiger officiating.
Parents of the couple are Tim and Jackie Collins of Meadowgrove and Bill and Rae Troester of Greeley, Colo.
Cary Hoover, cousin of the bride, served as the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Kathy Ballinger of Lincoln and Julie Collins of Pappilion, sister-in-law of the bride.
Ron Record of McCook served as the best man. The bridegroomsmen were Chris Troester of Fort Collins, Colo., brother of the bridegroom and J.D. Collins of Pappilion, brother of the bride.
Ushers for the ceremony were David Gaines of Lincoln and Greg Armstrong of Lincoln, cousin of the bride.
Toni Nosle was the soloist for the ceremony.
The reception was at The Boulevard in Lincoln. Host couples were Gary and Darla Armstrong of Lincoln, aunt and uncle of the bride. The guestbook attendant was Ascha Armstrong of Milford, cousin of the bride.
The couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Elkhorn Valley High School and a 1996 graduate of Wayne State College. The bridegroom is a 1989 graduate of McCook High School. Both are employed with the Experian Corp., in Lincoln.
The couple is making their home in Lincoln.
