Public Safety Center open house Saturday

The McCook Public Safety Center plans an open house Saturday following the Just Say No Walk.

The walk starts at 11 a.m. in Norris Park, and goes to West Second and D.

The open house, featuring a Halloween theme, will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Tours of the police department, fire department and trucks are set for 12:30 and 2 p.m.

Demonstrations also will be conducted at the fire safety house.

Halloween costume judging will be conducted at 1 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
