McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook Chamber of Commerce is proposing a mayoral proclamation urging residents to take precautions to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, but stopping short of calling for a mask mandate. “This proclamation is not a mask mandate,” the McCook Chamber of Commerce noted in distributing the proclamation to members, “and we are not asking for a mask mandate.
