CURTIS, Nebraska -- At Tuesday's Board meeting, the Middle Republican NRD directors approved a budget for the 2013-14 financial year. The proposed $34,402,150 budget was based on a total levy rate of .037550 and an occupation tax rate of $10 per acre.
