**Nothin’ but a good time The Decatur County Fair in Oberlin, Kansas, was flush with visitors from throughout the region Tuesday evening (Aug. 1, 2017), lured by fun rides, affordable games and some of the friendliest all-volunteer fair staff you will find anywhere.
