Nov. 15, 2018, attendees of the first annual Bacon & Brews Fest at Cambridge, Neb., enjoyed bacon accented treats and refreshments cooked up by 16 participating Cambridge businesses. Tickets were sold out in advance of the event and those with an appetite strong enough to visit all 16 businesses were entered in a drawing for a grand prize gift basket. The event was coordinated by the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and Furnas County Visitors Committee.
